The process wait time depends on the type of service ordered. Some can be completed the same day and some can take a few days. The difficult unlocks can take up to a week to 10 days. The typical IMEI cleaning takes 3 to 7 days, on average 4 days. The Activation Lock cleaning takes up to 7 days. There is a wait time because when we submit the device IMEI or serial number into our unlock servers it goes into a que along with other device's IMEI's or Serial Numbers. It all depends how many devices have been submitted to that specific server to get processed. We do not physically do the cleaning. The servers do the cleaning. We have access to the servers and simply submit the information and then the servers do the processing.

Yes, we do provide a full refund if we cannot perform the service, only if the device status qualifies for the service. It is advised to reach out and provide us with your device information first to see if your device qualifies for our services. After reaching out and providing us with your device details and after checking on our end that the devices qualifies we will then notify you that our services are a good match for you and your device. We will advise you which service to order. After you place the order and we submit the device IMEI or serial number to our servers, we will only issue a full refund if the device gets rejected or it cannot be cleaned or serviced.

Typically we do not offer partial payments or pay when completed services. We did offer that in the past and too many customers simply did not hold their end of that deal. We might bring that back or provide a special payment service for repeat customers after we build a repour and working relationship with certain clients. We have built our business and reputation on doing fair business practices. We expect the same with our clients. We know not everyone has the same level of integrity, however we can spot good clients and we look forward to building a great working relationship with you and we can explore the partial pay or pay after services in the future with you.
