Welcome to Clean Status. By using our website and purchasing our services or products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any order.
1. Description of Services
Clean Status provides specialized mobile device solutions, including:

iCloud Activation Lock Removal: Bypassing or removing activation locks on Apple devices.

Hardware Sales: Selling pre-owned Google Pixel devices with GrapheneOS pre-installed.
2. Payment and Processing

Upfront Payment: All services and products must be paid for in full at the time of order. We do not begin processing any service until payment is confirmed.

Service Timeline: The estimated wait time for IMEI cleaning and activation lock removal is 3 to 14 business days. This timeline is an estimate and may vary based on server stability or carrier response times.
3. Refund Policy (Strictly Enforced)
We maintain a highly specific refund policy due to the digital and permanent nature of our services.

Pre-Order Consultation Required: To qualify for a refund, the customer must contact Clean Status support before placing an order to verify that their specific device meets the requirements for the selected service.

Non-Refundable Orders: If a customer places an order without prior verification and the device is found to be ineligible or fails the service requirements, no refund will be issued.

Eligibility for Refund: A refund will only be granted if:

The service failed to complete despite the device meeting all stated requirements.

4. GrapheneOS Devices & Non-Affiliation
Clean Status offers used Google Pixel phones pre-installed with GrapheneOS for enhanced privacy.

No Affiliation: Clean Status is an independent entity. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the GrapheneOS Foundation or its developers.

Software Support: While we provide the hardware with the OS pre-installed, any core software bugs or OS-level vulnerabilities are the responsibility of the GrapheneOS project.
5. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you represent that you are the legal owner of the device provided for servicing. Clean Status does not condone the use of our services for illegally obtained devices. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of submitting "lost" or "stolen" hardware without proper documentation.
6. Limitation of Liability
Clean Status is not liable for any data loss that may occur during the cleaning or unlocking process. It is the customer's responsibility to back up all personal data prior to submitting a device for service.
